What a fabulous week of awards we’ve had, culminating in a Gold for Josh Wood Guardian of Colour at the Vertex Awards, the only global competition devoted exclusively to the art of Private Brand package design.

Not only has our work for Josh Wood been celebrated by these leading retail awards, it’s also received recognition at the eighth annual Transform Awards Europe ceremony, where it received a Silver with Marks and Spencer in Best Use of Packaging category. The Transform Awards have a specific focus on the strategy behind brand design work, so we’re really chuffed to have our Beautiful Thinking approach rewarded.

And to add a further notch to the belt of our Josh Wood achievements, The Drum Marketing Awards have nominated us in the Design Strategy of the Year category. Winners will be announced on 3rd May: we’ve got everything crossed!

It certainly feels like we’re on a roll, with a further nomination from The Drum Design Awards, this time for ONA Cocina Chilena in Brand Identity. Now in its fourth year, the Drum Design Awards recognise the industry’s best accomplishments of the year. The winners will be revealed at a black tie ceremony on 27 April 2016. Let’s hope that, in a design world where things are too often a little stylised and perfect, ONA’s bold rawness stands out! 

With all these recent awards wins (and hopefully more to come), we might need a new trophy shelf in the studio very soon. Watch this space…!
